Current Model-Analysis Portfolio

Active mechanistic modeling, inference, and evaluation studies spanning dengue, COVID-19 observation noise, diphtheria vaccination, CCHF surveillance, and structural scores.

My current analysis portfolio connects mechanistic modeling, Bayesian inference, and decision-focused evaluation across several private working repositories:

  • Dengue antibody-dependent enhancement: mechanistic transmission and Bayesian analysis of severity and secondary-infection effects
  • Structural scores: outcome-independent diagnostics for whether scientific predictions preserve known dynamical structure
  • COVID-19 observation noise: controlled experiments on how surveillance error propagates into inference and model assessment
  • Diphtheria outbreak vaccination: operational modeling of outbreak response and vaccination strategies
  • CCHF surveillance and control: cross-scale wildlife and livestock models for surveillance-design decisions

The repositories remain private while the analyses and manuscripts mature. Public artifacts will be linked here as they are released.
